To celebrate our new website shipping to UK mainland will only cost £2.99 for a limited time only!

Due to an ongoing warehouse system upgrade, we may experience some delays in orders processing and dispatch. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience it may cause.

What does delivery cost?

Shipping to mainland UK is a set fee of £4.99 (inc. VAT) regardless of order size.

For customers in Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man delivery is charged at £9.99 (inc. VAT). For non-mainland UK orders if the weight of the parcel exceeds 31kg a surcharge may be incurred, alternatively some orders may go under a separate service – in both instances we will contact you prior to shipping.

How long does it take?

For all orders that are sent to the warehouse prior to 3pm we offer a next day despatch service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of your order. Delivery times are between 8am-6pm working days.

Important notes

Delivery is sent via our courier City Link. We use a premium courier service at a very good rate to enable consignments to be tracked. You may track a consignment using their online tracking service quoting your consignment number.

Whenever you receive a parcel please remember to sign for the goods as unchecked if you have not had a chance to check the items.

Please provide a delivery address where someone can sign for the goods during the times your goods are likely to arrive (8am-6pm). If you miss two deliveries, you may have to collect goods from a depot or fund a third delivery attempt.

We cannot unfortunately deliver to PO Boxes and Army Barracks. Such deliveries will be returned to us and we cannot be held liable for further delivery costs.
